Lesley Reekie leads community engagement at SSEN Transmission, overseeing consultations for major infrastructure projects across Scotland. Under her leadership, the team has delivered over 220 public events and gathered more than 12,000 written responses for the critical Pathway to 2030 Projects alone. This extensive community input has directly influenced project designs to better reflect local needs and preferences. Her work supports SSEN Transmission, as well as the UK and Scottish Governments' commitment to net zero and energy security goals.
