Kelly joined Anglian Water in February 2023 as the Stakeholder Lead for the Lincolnshire Reservoir project, having previously worked in a comms agency as Director of Community Engagement. Prior to joining Anglian Water Kelly worked on multiple DCOs and Town & Country Planning Applications, but having the opportunity to focus on a single, enormous project, in-house and from a very early stage, was too tempting an opportunity to turn down. At Anglian Water Kelly’s responsible for overseeing all stakeholder and consultation activities, ensuring a strategic and proactive approach is adopted across the project.
