Neil McBride is Head of Planning at Lincolnshire County Council a position he has held since 2019.  Whilst being responsible for all the Council’s statutory responsibilities he has recently put together a dedicated Infrastructure team of professionals who engage and respond to the 25 DCO projects across Lincolnshire.  These projects range from energy generation projects to a reservoir.  Prior to the Infrastructure team being established he took the lead on a number of these projects from pre-application stage to appearing on behalf of the Council at DCO examinations.”
