Jenny Marsden is the Director of Marsden Consulting and the Communications Manager for Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind where she leads on communication strategy and delivery for a 1.5GW offshore wind farm that is currently in development.  One of her key responsibilities is ensuring that relevant stakeholders and communities along the 70km onshore transmission infrastructure route are adequately consulted, informed, and engaged with the project activity. Her remit also includes careers outreach and the creation of a Community Benefit Fund. Previous roles include UK Communications Manager for Equinor and 14 years at Shell working in various externally facing roles including Global Lead for Offshore Wind Communications, UK Social Investment Programme Manager and Community Investment Manager in the Rocky Mountains.
