Greg Phillimore is a Director at Camargue, specialising in communications, stakeholder engagement and public affairs for major infrastructure projects.

With more than 25 years’ experience, he has led engagement programmes for nationally significant infrastructure projects across wide ranging sector including energy, water, transport, aviation and regeneration. His experience covers both DCOs in England and ICOs in Wales.

Greg has extensive expertise in navigating complex planning and consenting processes, building stakeholder support, and delivering consultation and communications strategies for high-profile developments.

He was appointed to the National Infrastructure Planning Association (NIPA) Council in 2025 and leads its member communications.
